Is the Basic plan really free forever?
Yes, for companies under 10 employees: complete analysis, up to 30 assets, one recalculation per month and a PDF report. No card and no expiry. If your company is bigger, activate any plan the same day — Advance comes with 6 months free.
Where is my data and who sees what I write?
In our data centre in Spain. The AI is ours and runs locally, on our machines: your information is not sent to OpenAI, Google or any external provider, and nobody trains models on it.
Do I have to talk to a sales rep to try it?
No. There are no sales demos, no follow-up calls, no custom quotes. You sign up free, or activate request a paid plan and have it active the same working day. The prices in the table are the only ones that exist.
Do I need to know MAGERIT, ISO 27005 or risk management?
No. Lucy's interview asks about your company in plain language and builds the analysis for you. Every page explains what it is for the first time you enter, and the AI proposes the wording wherever there is writing to do.
What is the difference between Vigía and Mentor?
Vigía is the living risk analysis (for any company). Mentor is the complete preparation of the ENS/ISO 27001 certification (for those selling to the public sector or needing the seal). They talk to each other: one's analysis feeds the other's evidence.
How do the 6 free months and the commitment work?
Advance and Pro are requested from the app itself and activate the same working day. On Advance the first 6 months are not charged; the contract runs 24 months with a monthly fee. Basic never expires.
Which standards do you cover?
ENS (RD 311/2022), ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 (business continuity) and ISO/IEC 42001 (AI governance), mapped to each other: answer once and the evidence counts for all. NIS2 is supported via derivation in Mentor.
